Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 18, 2026

Welcome to N2X Hotel Management System. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, guest booking tools, digital guest portal, and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, or by making a reservation with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
N2X Hotel Management System operates this hotel property management and guest booking website. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean N2X Hotel Management System. References to “you” mean a guest, website visitor, or other user of the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a booking. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use any payment method you submit.

3. Reservations and stay terms
3.1 A booking request submitted online is an offer to reserve a suite. A reservation becomes binding when we confirm it (by email, SMS, or status update in your guest account), subject to availability and payment requirements.
3.2 Suite descriptions, photos, and rates on the website are provided in good faith. Rates may vary by date, season, length of stay, or dynamic pricing rules. The rate shown at booking (including applicable taxes such as VAT, where stated) is the rate that applies to that reservation unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3.3 Check-in and check-out times are as stated during booking or on your confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
3.4 You must present valid government-issued identification at check-in when requested. We may refuse check-in or cancel a stay if required identity or payment information cannot be verified.

4. Payments, deposits, and invoices
4.1 You agree to pay all charges associated with your stay, including room rates, taxes, deposits, food and beverage, and other guest services as applicable.
4.2 Depending on the selected payment method, we may require an advance payment, deposit, or full prepayment. Instructions for bank transfer or other offline methods will be provided at booking where relevant.
4.3 Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of a pending reservation or restricted access to guest services. Fraudulent or reversed payments may lead to cancellation without refund where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations, changes, and no-shows
5.1 Cancellation and change rules depend on the rate and timing of your booking. Where a free-cancellation window applies, it will be stated at booking or in your confirmation.
5.2 Outside any free-cancellation window, cancellation fees, forfeiture of deposits, or charging of one or more nights may apply.
5.3 Failure to arrive (no-show) without timely notice may be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.
5.4 We may cancel or relocate a booking for reasons including overbooking, force majeure, safety, or property unavailability. In such cases we will offer a reasonable alternative stay or a refund of amounts paid for unused nights, as appropriate.

6. Guest conduct and property rules
6.1 Guests must treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect. Illegal activity, harassment, excessive noise, smoking where prohibited, or damage to property is not allowed.
6.2 The maximum occupancy of a suite must not be exceeded. Additional guests may require approval and extra charges.
6.3 You are responsible for the condition of the suite during your stay and for any damage or excessive cleaning costs caused by you or your visitors, beyond normal wear and tear.

7. Digital keys and guest portal
7.1 Where digital keys or QR/access credentials are issued, they are personal to your reservation and must not be shared except with authorised companions for the same stay.
7.2 Lost, stolen, or compromised credentials should be reported to reception immediately so we can revoke and reissue access.
7.3 The guest portal (orders, requests, booking history) is provided for convenience. Availability of in-suite services depends on hotel operations and stay status.

8. Food orders and guest requests
Room service, concierge requests, and similar services are subject to kitchen/service hours and availability. Prices and fulfilment times shown are estimates unless confirmed.

9. Website use and accounts
9.1 You must keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your guest account.
9.2 You must not misuse the Services (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping, or interfering with operations).
9.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, logos, and software related to the Services are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of your booking information.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
11.1 The Services are provided on a practical availability basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services or a stay, except where liability cannot be limited (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
11.3 Our aggregate liability related to a reservation is limited to the amounts you paid us for that reservation, except where prohibited by law.

12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic, war, government action, utility failure, or strikes.

13. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us when you use the Services.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

15. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence provide otherwise.

For questions about these Terms or your reservation, please contact the front desk using the contact details published on our website.
